HowDough & Co. is a husband and wife team out of Castle Rock, Colorado. Together for 20 years, we found our way to sourdough the way most good things happen — naturally, and with a lot of patience.
He crafted the recipe. She handles the designs and scoring. Every loaf is a collaboration — slow-fermented, carefully tended, and baked in small batches so nothing gets rushed.
